We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage, monitor, and optimize the infrastructure of our Voice AI platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring tools, and system reliability. You will ensure maximum uptime, improve deployment workflows, monitor system health, and implement best practices for security and scalability.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure for the Voice AI platform.
Monitor application uptime, server health, and system performance.
Configure automated alerts and incident response workflows.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.
Optimize infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and reliability.
Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment and operational processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Proficiency with Linux administration and shell scripting.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic.
Familiarity with networking, load balancing, SSL, DNS, and cloud security.
Excellent troubleshooting and automation skills.
